Outer Snarkness (“we,” “us”) runs the store at outersnarkness.com. We collect the minimum we need to sell you things, ship them, and email you only if you ask. We do not sell your personal information. The plain-English details are below; the operator of this store is Geek Life Industries LLC.

• Order info — name, shipping address, email, and order contents, so we can make and ship your stuff.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe handles that under its own policy.
• Email / marketing — if you join the newsletter or become a member, your email is stored with our email provider (Klaviyo) until you unsubscribe.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working.

To process and ship orders, provide support, run memberships, send email you opted into, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal and tax obligations. That is the whole list.

Only the service providers that make the store run: a fulfillment / print partner (to produce and ship orders), Stripe (payments), Klaviyo (email), and our hosting and analytics providers.
