Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of Outer Snarkness at outersnarkness.com (the “Store”), operated by Geek Life Industries LLC (“we,” “us”). By browsing, ordering, or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

• Most products are made to order (print on demand). Prices are in US dollars and may change before you order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and to refund you if we do.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders sent to a wrong address you provided may not be replaceable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize the charge for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout. Promo codes are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Paid memberships renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.
• Membership perks (early drops, discounts, member content) may change over time; we will not materially reduce a benefit you are actively paying for without notice.

Purchases are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Do not misuse the Store: no fraud, scraping, spamming our forms, interfering with the site, infringing our intellectual property, or reselling our designs. Member community spaces have their own conduct rules, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break them.

The Outer Snarkness name, designs, artwork, and copy are ours and may not be reproduced or sold without permission. Buying a product grants you the product, not the rights to its design.

The Store is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: info@outersnarkness.com.
