Refunds & Returns.

Most Outer Snarkness products are made to order (printed just for you), so we cannot accept returns simply for change of mind. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we will replace it or refund it. Reach out within 14 days of delivery.

If something is misprinted, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email info@outersnarkness.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to ship the original back unless we ask.

• Standard catalog (non-personalized) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
• Made-to-order, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility; original shipping is non-refundable.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit after we issue it. We will email you when a refund is on its way.

Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Email info@outersnarkness.com as soon as possible and we will do our best.

If tracking shows your order is lost or stuck, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to reship or refund. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Membership billing and cancellation are covered in our Terms of Service: cancel anytime, with access through the end of the period you paid for. Donations and tips (“buy me a whiskey”) are voluntary and non-refundable.
